I am currently working with a lawyer to get Piedmont Water to correct a problem with my meter, as PW refuses to even acknowledge a problem exists.

The status quo provides no protection from price gouging. The State has a role in protecting its citizens.

Yes, this needs to be done and water, which is a necessity of life, should have been regulated years ago. We have hard water, smelly water, brown water, and we buy drinking water.

It is so sad what our Reynolds community has been put through by a water company! After supporting a plant be built within Reynolds and the continuous suffering along with over charging, the state needs to step in and regulate.

Uncontrolled greed at work in our community by Piedmont Water with an essential commodity. Not only are they gouging residential customers, now they are financially jeopardizing complete small businesses and their families livelihoods in our community (SUDS).

The monthly bill is outrageously expensive. The water smells like sewage, you can’t drink it, and changes color from yellow to brown quite frequently. Not to mention the huge sewage spill that happened recently that Piedmont tried to cover up.
