Piedmont Water rates are excessive and their customer service is terrible. It appears they do not feel accountable for anything. Please regulate since they are a total monopoly and homeowners have no choice for water service.

We are ALL sick and tired of being held prisoners by Piedmont Water Company!! It's absolutely disgusting to pay the prices we are forced to, for the despicable sludge that this company is trying to pass off as "clean, drinkable, usable water"!!! And to add insult to injury, we all have to then purchase expensive filtration systems just to be able to use that water to clean our laundry, dishes, ourselves, etc. So there's yet another added cost, along with the maintenance of those filtration systems. We've had our fill...pun intended.
