Piedmont Water needs oversight into providing clean and safe water at a fair price. Comparisons to other water utilities give an appearance of improprieties. This is a situation where government intervention needs to protect the citizens.

Rates way to high! Time for reasonable profits and a rebate back to customers!

Water rates in GA need to be regulated. We are getting $500 bills for basic water. Piedmont Water are robbing us and should be looked into immediately.

My monthly bill is outrageous compared to all of my neighbors bills, and has been for years. We know we use less water because the neighbors have pools and irrigation systems, etc. I would be totally in favor of a flat bill every month with stipulations based on average accurate water readings and usage.
