SOMEONE PLEASE END THIS INSANITY THAT IS PWC!! I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN THE LACKING IN SERVICE AND OVERALL (SOMETIMES HARMFUL) NEGLECT THAT "COMPANY" HAS DEMONSTRATED OVER THE YEARS. ONE TIME THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT I'M WELCOME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BY MOVING!

Water rates unreasonably high and go up each year for substandard water. We have no recourse. Needs regulation immediately.

Water is nasty rates are very high and I have never had a sewer bill more than my potable except with Piedmont water they assume all your water goes to sewer no way to measure it water a flower or wash your vehicle in the drive way you are charged for sewer.

As my wife said when she submitted her signature, we here in Greene County are held hostage by this irresponsible, soulless company. By any measure, our water/sewer rates are among the highest in the state, if not the country. I will add that service re: repairs is marginal at best. We submitted a possible leak on 8/17 and 22 days later, our issue has yet to be checked out, much less addressed. This company is making money hand over fist and should be able to field the number of service reps beyond 20, which is the number of reps given to my wife at the time she lodged our complaint. Any resource necessary for sustaining life should be regulated by the state, full stop!

Unregulated utility/water leads to excessive greed and poor quality as exhibited by Piedmont Water. This type of issue only reinforces the Georgia stereotype of being 20-years behind and a Good Old Boy state. This needs to be fixed.
