I have epilepsy. I think unlimited fireworks should either banned or limited to certain times. I went to the store and had a seizure on the way home because of flashes from fireworks. And it was January 2nd. I am now nervous to go out this evening because I am afraid it will happen again. There has to be rules put in place. I don't want to be take peoples fun but it is not safe for some of us.

I am concerned about the suffering to household pets caused by fireworks in family neighbourhoods.

Keep fireworks in the hands of people who are trained to use them and set a time frame for them.

No only are fireworks disruptive & traumatizing to some (my dog included), but they are also extremely dangerous. This New Year's Eve both my house AND car got hit by fireworks set off by drunk neighbours.

I would like to put my name forward to request the restriction of the times that fireworks can be put off by residents. I think it should be between the hours of 6 pm - 10 pm at the latest. Kind regards, Pamela Smith-Hayes

I have a dog that's terrified of fireworks because someone shot them off in a campground 5 feet from him. There need to be some guidelines so people can enjoy them but others that don't can plan for them and prepare.

Please limit times for fire works to a specific timeframe or timeframes. Prosecute and fine People that are responsible for Firework damages to people, properties, pets, and environment.

Excessive. Should be designated times on occasions to limit the amount of fireworks set off.

Long over due petition. Fireworks should be banned from all city streets and restricted to certain specific locations at specific times only. Bad for humans and animals. End of story.

I think you should be allowed to have them, but at structured times. For people with small kids, between 7pm-8pm and all others, between 11:30pm- 12:30am. That way everyone is aware and can protect their animals and notify nervous or disabled family. Thanks!

Please be respectful of those, both human and animal who every year dread those times when fireworks are due to be used. In particular are those who suffer from anxiety disorders and/or PTSD

Debris here in St. John's were falling on our roof. I am frightened that one day our house will burn to the ground.
