Speedway has been a part of Peterborough for so many years. It shouldn’t be allowed to be killed off by housing development.

Really loved my visits to the Showground we need these sport venues.

Peterborough has been a well supported club for decades. A great family sport, that has kept many thousands of fans feel like part of something special. Greedy developers don't care, they just think of the money.

Losing speedway in Peterborough would be terrible for the city. Speedway is a family friendly sport enjoyed by all ages. For the size of the city sporting and leisure facilities are insufficient. The city can ill afford to lose more for the sake of profit.

Peterborough needs to remember the 53 years of speedway the population has enjoyed and back the speedway up with plans for another 53 years.

I was really disappointed when Peterborough speedway was closed and miss it a lot it would be great if we could go back there please consider allowing it to continue.

Peterborough needs a speedway team people need to be able to have the ability to go and support their team and sport they love, it has a great legacy and fan base. The team has always been well supported and away fans have always enjoyed the journey to the showground. The sport also needs Peterborough it’s certainly not been the same this year without it.

We need the panthers back home. Peterborough has created magical moments that are so special to everyone. Peterborough is the only place that can create these special moments. Not having them racing this season has been totally devastating just proving how important it is to get them back for everyone's happiness again and how important that they are in people's lives. Peterborough needs speedway.

Disgusting that Peterborough would consider demolishing the speedway stadium for housing. Peterborough needs more sports and leisure, not less.

Peterborough needs the showground and the speedway track. We don't need more houses without leisure facilities
