Why should you have to pay for something that is yours,? when you are pulled over for what they say reflection of tint when clearly you can see very clearly through my car night and day.you can clearly read a newspaper or an I.D.if you put it up to the window.I have worked so hard for my car just for the police to pull me out saying they smell weed in 30 degree weather that has not been rolled lit,or smoked.It was't even in the car it was on me.I am NOT a drug dealer but I will be the first to admitt I do have a habbit of smoking marijuana and whilling to take any help to stop.So if you could take in consideration giving a another chance to get my car I would really be greatful.

This is harassment straight up. They see a car they like and make up some excuse to take it. Tint laws are just a way to squeeze more cash out of people who are just trying to get to work. Give him his car back.
