Refurbish bathrooms at Lutwyche Windsor Kindy

We need to look after the littlest of our community.

Having 3 children attend the Kindy over the years, this is a project that would improve and lift the facility.

Have been working with these two bathrooms for a long time and bandaid fixes are costing the Kindergarten too much money. The community needs better loos for this not for profit service.

This is a much needed project for this not-for-profit Kindergarten. My son is attending this year and the current state of the toilets do not encourage the kids to use them.

This is a truly wonderful community kindy and it needs the support of our Council and the community to continue to flourish. The facilities need to be upgraded and this should be given positive consideration by the Grant committee.

This Kindy is an invaluable part of the community and we were privileged to have our son attend. We would love to see it’s upkeep as it is a very deserving centre.

Lutwyche Windsor Kindergarten is a community kindergarten that provides exceeding quality education and care for young children and their families. The Kindy has been part of the community for over 70 years and being an aging physical environment requires renovations to bring the bathrooms up to a better standard for children to continue to use well into the future.

As a parent I am concerned with the lack of privacy provided for our children by the kindy toilets. My five year old daughter does not like to use either set of toilets for this vey reason, which in itself poses a health risk through abstinence. Through discussions with other parents and staff, this is a concern collectively noted and is also based upon respect for children, who lie at the very heart of this service. For these reasons I implore you to provide the appropriate funding support to raise the partition walls of the toilets at the vey least, but preferably provide funding to renovate with the provision for individual toilet cubicles with doors.
