Refund a partial amount of the tuition fees in AUS

I think even a small part of refunding the fee would make a significant difference to a lot of us. A lot of the services on campus are not being used such as health services, labs, library resources etc hence it makes sense to do so.

Wish you can take a positive action towards this issue

It will be really helpful for all of u in this situations if a certain percentage of our this semester's tuitions fees is refunded or covered up in the next semester. Everyone at this moment is having financial issues so it will be very generous to take this into comsideration where both parties will benefit.

I say that we get a refund for the activity and insurance plan fees. Because I believe that these facilities weren't used as expected. 750 dhs is alot of money for something I didnt use.

Although we, as students, are trying our best to learn through these new ways of teaching, and we acknowledge that the university is also trying their best to provide us with the best solution, it is also undeniable that there still exists difficulties in learning during these circumstances. That being said, it is only fair to be compensated and face the reality that regardless of the university's appreciated efforts, students continue to struggle.

dorm should be refunded as well as labs fees medical fees and anything related to on campus services, part of the tuition fees should be refunded too

My financial situation is very bleak thanks to COVID as well, I might not be able to return to AUS for spring.

I believe as a parents that we deserve a refund because my child is not getting the benefits we are paying for as parents. This is unfair and at least a partial refund shall take place.

We are not getting the full uni experience this semester.

A refund or atleast a partial refund shall take place due to this significant crisis happening, and many families including mine deserve to get a refund for the things we are getting back. Such as the use of facilities and labs and being on campus altogether.

We are not getting the same quality of education for one, additionally we are not able to utilize dorms nor labs both of which take up a good chunk of the tuitions fees and the equipment that is supposed to be provided to us throughout the semester

We are not using campus facilities. We are also paying for WiFi.

We lost the thing that we paid for which is face to face learning and all the labs and activities. I think it would be great if we get a percentage back from the tuition fees. And especially the dorms fees because we stayed there for a month and a couple of weeks.
