Refund a partial amount of the tuition fees in AUS

I have not received what was agreed on which is going to university for the semester, we are still receiving credits but it shouldn’t be the same as going to university

With the business closed in Dubai, it's been difficult for business owners to make money. AUS is not a cheap university, it's not easy to pay for the tuition fees

I feel that the activity fees should be refunded atleast since no one is using the facilities of the university: sports complex.

I did not pay thousands of dirhams to get PDFs online and open book exams. I am graduating this semester and I learnt nothing from any of my courses. Professors are not used to this and they are unable to provide the same quality of teaching that they did face to face. Thousands were paid for activities, labs, and even health care but did we get any of it? I don't think so. So if you think that it's fair to take money for something you did not provide then that just says enough about AUS.

I think that a part of the tuition fees must be refunded due to the transition to online classes as students are not using the facilities of AUS at all except the having course instructors lecturing from home. In addition to the students residing in dorms and have left need a partial refund of the amount paid from the time they checked out till the last day the dorms will be open.
