I am going through some marital issues in a new marriage, after trying to sort things, Girl’s family are putting fake allegations on me which I can only proof through whatsapp chats, this doesn’t let me sleep peacefully and every night I stress out on the outcomes of any wrong allegation in courts. I am a simple person, who wanted love, but not jail

Like women-commission there should be a "men-commission" too. Why men will always be oppressed in the name that women are weaker section of the society. Why is the law more lenient towards women. Is this the equality they demand.

Section 498A is safeguard for women facing genuine cruelty, its misuse for personal gain or revenge is a grave injustice. Strict penal provisions for filing false cases.

We should immediate change laws. In every case 1 women who file false case against 2-4 women in man family. So women are more harrased than men theough this biased law. Why cant there a single case in soute of same repeated cases where man has to loose his job by attneding.
