Reform Section 498A and Domestic Violence Laws to Prevent Misuse and Protect Men's Rights

Need to make gender neutral laws and amend 498A immediately so that this legal terrorism and extortion fake and false cases should be stopped.

False 498A case on my family, a murder case on me, unnatural sex. I have been roaming to the courts for the cases from past 4 years, till today my wife is not attending the cases but still I have to go. I'm feeling very depressed, my wife who has committed a perjury in maintenance case, the judge dismissed the case. But still they are in enjoying state, where as me running behind the cases for a justice. Any spouse who extorts Money from another spouse by making false information to the judicial system has to been punished to maintain the Indian justice system which should not affect the rights of an another person. Please make a law where women has to be punished for false cases on husband.

As a victim of false case filed under 498A, I know the pain innocent men go through! This draconian law must be removed immediately!!

Why girls can't ask for property from their Father.

Men should be given equal law in family disputes. Any women putting false or without proof case then there should be mandatory strict punishment to her.
