I’m a contractor and did a large commercial tenant improvement last year. Everyday I had to sweep up needles and human waste! My guys had there trucks broken into and numerous contentious interactions with the homeless camp across the street. I had people urinating in the parking lot daily and had the Buiding tagged over 8 times, which had to be repainted at my expense. It wasn’t until there was an altercation that nearly killed someone that it was finally cleared out. I used to go downtown for dinner a couple times a month, but not again unless something changes.

Enough already. Criminals are getting away with too much. What happened to the 3rd strike rule? Let the police do their job and get these people off the street. When are our Council people, Mayor and Governor going to make it safe. I assure you we all pay very high taxes to live here without fear.

Completely fed up with the SCC, KCC and the prosecuting attorneys. Our safety is not a concern as they make their progressive policies.

Our SEATTLE leadership is not looking out for its citizens’ best interests. At all. Our city has turned into a giant DUMP full of homeless junkies. We need new leadership, new laws, less taxes NOW!!!

There is too much of a revolving door and people getting away with crime in the city. From minor property crime, car prowl, burgalary, shoplifting, etc. Repeat offenders need to be dealt with.

Thing must change in this city. We can not continue to fear our daily walks to and from work and extra curricular activities.

We need change in our justice system now, this is not HOW a state should be ran. We should be ashamed that the younger generation of childen know they can steal something from a store and nothing will be done. HELP!

The police do the best they can with their hands tied. The criminal justice system is failing the good people of Seattle.
