The speed bumps are not really a problem it is more like where they put them & how high. A sports car cannot go over it without scratching the car. I do agree they should have voted & definitely a dog park would be more useful!

WOW!! Lovely speed bumps to punish everyone because a few "neighbors" can not obey the posted speed limits or the gate rules. I am sure we all know who the offenders are as they or their children are repeat problems.

New speed humps not necessary. We should be more worried about watering when it's raining or when we have enough rain not to water? Thanks

I always thought from the beginning that we would have the gate arm back far enough so that a car could enter the arm would close behind the car and then the gate would open.

I do not understand how speed bumps will lessen gate mishaps. You cannot really go fast thru there and I have never noticed any resident speeding through. Speed bumps are a pain in the "bump"
