International travel plans !!!

interferes with full-time employment post-graduation.

Already booked holiday tickets and have an internship scheduled for this time

Surgery schedule for Nov 29th.

For us international students, we're not traveling within the U.S and plane tickets are far more expensive for us, as fines for cancellations too.

i have tickets worth around 3,000 dollars that will get wasted because of this .

Save me money plz.

I had to attend my brothers wedding...it's planned since a year. It is impossible to change it now

I worked hard for an internship this winter break in NYC. Extending the classes, would force me to quit, or be replaced by another intern. Again, I worked hard, and everything is currently reserved for this internship. I'd be ashamed to not put myself out there or lose the fact that I can actually walk out if college with a job RELATED to the arts and what I want to accomplish simply because of the addition of two days to the quarter. SCAD should taken into consideration that it was half-way thru the quarter, and our pockets are half-empty; so travelking back home or whenever we need to go becomes a stretch to us all.

I have an internship and the only reason I got it is because we have a six week break. So I will have to give up this internship or get penalized for missing finals.

Students don't have the funds to go with this schedule AND see their family on thanksgiving!!!

Tickets are bought, broke because of scad

With flights already booked for the holidays, I now either have to change and pay new airline fees or drop my entire plans. For those of us who have time sensitive internships they can no longer be completed. This is not an ok solution, and we would rather go to classes on the weekend then deal with this.

This is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be changed

No way to let me stay longer than Nov 20

This decision was dumb

This is not in criticism of SCAD. We simply cannot afford such a drastic change to the schedule. I hope another alternative can be considered.

International ticket purchased, and now classes are getting in the way of my sister's wedding and pre-wedding activities that were planned according to my schedule.

Seriously, I'd rather have every friday gone then have this.

Not everyone at SCAD Savannah lives within the tri state area. This ridiculous change is going to adversely effect much more than a handful of students. SCAD really needs to reevaluate their decision.
