I just wanna say if this happened to the guy that been known all over the wall what should happen to us that there’s only a little bit of people that know us so hopefully this help and they do their investigation right I will support Jimmy

The fine is excessive, he was already penalized for having to leave the show in which he was defending himself and his child. I think it is a petty and poor reflection of the board members that are not offering any support for a longstanding member. But rather to impose the harshest fine on a member in good standing is nothing more than an abuse of power, especially since a voting board member has a clear conflict of interest with the property owner. If voting is at a tie then common sense dictates the maximum fine should be no more than half of the maximum as stated in the by-laws.

My opinion is that Jimmy not deserve to be panished at first and he is always friendly and helpful person so i dont think he is mainly guilty for that case
