Steve is a great producer and integral part of the show.
He sure made a bad call on editing the early episode, but we think 3 days suspension is too much.
We respectfully ask Kirk to reconsider and reduce his sentence!

Really poor leadership coming out of Watertown. Strongly disagree with the three day suspension. Steve’s a good man and he doesn’t deserve this. Make it right.
What Steve did was wrong. A day is plenty. It send the message and it makes the point. Imagine if Kirk had someone suspending him when he made a mistake.....
No doubt a big mistake, but has accrued a ton of good will, and proven the asset that he is. Would view as a rookie mistake due to the shock of being integrated into a universe that is like no other.
A suspension of any length is too harsh. Steve’s elevated the show and Kirk to a place no one really envisioned about a year ago. Manufacturing in-house drama for content got pretty old when Kirk was at WEEI, sad to see him use it here on someone who is essential to the show.
Understand the issue. Love that it was aired (as are all grievances on this show), but the length is over the top especially considering that a suspension of any kind was deemed useless in the Blind Mike incident.
If a player on the team makes a mistake you pick him up! Time for leadership Kirk. Suspension was a poor decision.

Kirk needs to figure out how to make something like this funny, not act like he committed a mortal sin. He could milk this for days instead of trying to make it so serious. Lighten up dude.
