The Vancouver, BC based nightclub 'Harbour Event Centre' consistently plays their music above legal levels and ignores all complaints from false creek residents. They have consistently ignored noise control officers.

Suggestions of working with the local community to adjust the internal sound systems have been ignored and instead noise levels have increased
