Increased rates for citizens because of where we live is incredibly unfair. A small number of citizens should not be saddled with this debt. Get rid of tiered rate. Spread this debt out to all citizens of Bay County!

this should not be a matter for a few to pay that do not even get counted because we are in unincorporated bay county , and we don't even get to vote on commissioners because we are unincorporated bay county

There is absolutely no reason for water bills to be so high. If some of these commissioners had to pay these severely high water bills they would think twice before continuing to raise it every year!

I have sent the commissioners 5 emails over the past 6 months addressing my concerns and NONE of them have ever wrote back. It's simple their out of touch, it doesn't affect them directly, and they don't care. All of Bay County should share the increase just as we share the water. If the rate was shared it would be less than a $5 increase to everyone.

Sadly, the Bay Co. Commissionsers approved buying a water system/and sewer treatment plant, and then the Bay County unincorporated areas are footing the bill. My water bill has doubled and I am not happy about that.The extra I am paying is not in my budget and causing me an issue monthly.

there is no need for water bill to be over 100 dollars a month. I could understand if I had a swamp cooler. And there is no need for the sewer to cost me more than the actual water I use. When the city says I use the same amount of sewer as water. But I pay way more for the sewer than the actual water portion.

My bill has gone up $60 in a year. And will rise by $5 every year after thatz. We need to tell the commissioners that they need to find a different solution to pay the debt they are unfairly burdening so few for.
