How do you figure people who are all the way out on van buren & 48 want to drive all the way to Gore when there’s 3 other schools that are closer? Terrible proposal!

The schools don't need to be in a heavy traffic site. It's very dangerous for our children and the rest that is for the ones that need to walk home. Please reconsider this matter.

Why our kids need to go to school over over the overpass , it makes no sense

We pay higher taxes...let us send our children to the schools that are located closest to our homes.

This will cause traffic to be even worse than it already is. Give residance north of I10 the option to attend first and fill in availability afterward. Because I know the city will not invest in alleviating traffic congestion.

Don’t be stupid it’s bad enough I’ll never be able to get out of the back of my development because you have the road down a close ended street (Gore) but why make people who live near the school unable to attend?

Doesn’t make sense that the entire communities around the new school is not being considered, plus the extra traffic congestion this will bring by south Indio attending will be a nightmare, the monroe & Jackson bridges traffic will be even worse that it currently is!

Reconsider boundaries to include all new neighborhoods North of I10 designated for new school! Current Eisenhower students should be designated for new school as it's replacing Eisenhower. This should have been considered when establishing new boundaries and should have not included students from Ave 48. Students at Ave 48 should be designated to Van Buren or Roosevelt Elementary!

I live and own a home in Desert Trace. I pay over $6,000 in property taxes with all the special assessment tax. I strongly believe that the new elementary school boundary should include all of new North Indio.

please don't divide our community and make traffic much worse by bringing in people from the south side of the freeway to our school.

Redo boundaries why should our kids go far away when school is across the street. Crazy.

I live in the Shadow Hills community. It seems ridiculous that we are not within the boundaries of the new school, that is close to me. I pay higher taxes to live where I do, and should be included in the new school boundaries. It makes no sense to have to take my kids to a school that is much further.

With all the additional taxes the residents of North Indio have had to pay their children have a right to attend their neighborhood school. What about the traffic issues that would be created with these listed boundaries?
