Why is Dover's age requirement 18 and Wilmington's age requirement is 30?? Makes no sense... CHANGE THE AGE TO 25!!

I believe younger people are more in touch than ever on issues true to the people--there is no reason to keep Wilmington's mayoral age requirement so high, especially compared to places like Dover.
