Surely this building would be much better used which is so attractive and has so much heritage should be converted into whatever they want to use it for? Ideal for office/light industrial/residential use with character.

This building is important to the industrial heritage and character of the area. It can be adapted and put to good use without tearing it down.

It's time to stop the vainglory and vandalism, and start capitalising on the wonderful built heritage which has fallen under your care.

Can people stop destroying the only beautiful buildings we have left, soon we'll be living in an ugly city filled with hideous, bland modern 'architecture'. Just stop thinking about money. Just for a second. Please!

There are so few industrial buildings of this era left standing in the Stratford / Hackney Wick area. The buildings at Swan Wharf are a particularly good example.
