I am not opposed to development and regeneration in general but it is time developers started to learn about and respect the area and what is important for the local residents there.

It's the most interesting part of the area, surrounded by banal develo[pment. Please don't let the developers get their way.
why destroy a wonderful piece of history! it could make a wonderful shops area for artists and their studios!

It's a great building with valuable historical context. Don't destroy it.

This is a beautiful building, why would any one allow such destruction to put up yet more flats that ultimately can not be supported by the current infrastructure. Also why loose what appears to be much needed work space .

I do not agree with this development of what is a very unique building and a place that supports local people and artists.
