Redevelop the Ingles Plaza of Hwy.61

I complained to the local manager and I also called the corporate office and filed a complaint with the real estate department. I was given the run around and they wanted me to leave a voice mail. I refused and kept calling back until I spoke to a actual person. The only thing that the person would tell me was that the store was opened in 1989 and that it was 10,000 square feet. She would not tell me anything else. I told her yea the store looks like it was built in 1989. The store is outdated and the hot food bar is pathetic. The outside is dark due to not having the proper lighting and the parking lot is full of pot holds. Oh and I also found out that Ingles Coporate bought land across from Bay Springs School years ago. We the residents of Villa Rica want and deserve a Ingles Store like Bremen and Temple.

Yes pls fix the parking lot it is horrible potholes I remember coming out of the store ran into one of those potholes and my buggy tipped over . Groceries everywhere .

I’ve been shopping here since I was 12 years old. I’m 43 now, and this Shopping Center was just put in along with the McDonalds. I’ve seen The McDonalds renovation and not this plaza. It’s starting to feel and look dirty and gloomy. Temple, Ga Ingles is where I prefer to go. They have a bigger selection and nicer building. The Businesses surrounding this place, such as Panama Tan and Spa are one of the Main Reasons I come over here. This whole Plaza Needs a Serious overall Facelift. Eventually the newer versions of infrastructure that gets put up in VR will make this place look outdated, and deter business even more. Seriously

Please keep Ingles small with the basket rotation check out.

Fix it up

I heard years ago that Ingles in Villa Rica had land close to Hwy 61 that they were going to build a new store on. Not sure what happen to this plan. If the plans fell through please just give the Ingles in Villa Rica a make over.

Please, please make improvements to the Ingles Shopping Center.

I love shopping here. But like the petition states, it really could use a facelift.

Parking lot patch and exterior facelift would be lovely. But mostly the parking lot.

This place has needed major upgrade for a long time!! Looks awful!!

Renovation is needed. Its way past due. The Villa Rica citizens and businesses truly deserve better. A "City of Riches" because of the gold, should reflect its history.

This shopping center needs to be replaced and given a facelift!!

Please upgrade ingles in Villa Rica! It would be nice not to have to go to Temple or Bremen.
