We need this parking lot redone it is so bad when it rains it’s standing in water and there are holes in the parking lot that needs to be fixed . This is My Favorite Ingles to shop at . It’s just so convenient to me and my family.

I have owned a business in this plaza for 25 years and the decline of this plaza has affected my business in a NEGATIVE way! I have reached out for 10+ years to our landlord with multiple complaints with NO SUCCESS! My customers have told me, if they didn’t know how nice our salon was already, they would have NEVER came in here! The parking lot has not been paved in years, the mold stains on the building can’t be cleaned off because of the years of neglect. I hate to say this but I don’t rent from landlords, I rent from slum lords. I only do as much as I can to improve the inside but I feel helpless with the outside! Especially when you have to pick up grossly nasty trash out of your parking lot just so you customers don’t see it! & I pay common area maintenance monthly for them to Maintain what? I am so grateful for this petition, long over due!
