I shop there once after I move to Villa Rica two and a half years ago, but because of the condition I will not be back to shop again until it is updated.

Long overdue! I have often wondered how that particular location has stayed in business. Inside the store is gloomy and outdated. Very few choices in VR to buy groceries --Do they not realize the massive business they could/would have if they to do what needs to done to that store? --or is it they just don't care?

This needs to be done as well as the parking lot. You can’t tell which way is the lanes due to paint fading and the potholes will break your car.

I have owed a business in this plaza for 25 years. I have reached out to our landlord, Ingles corporate for 10 plus years about the decline of this plaza. I have even tried to get my own petition started with local businesses in the plaza to help voice our many concerns regarding the plaza, with little success! I am so happy to see someone is agreeing with our many years of complaints! This has affected my business in a NEGATIVE way because our salon has been voted 1 of the best in the country, however, you can’t tell it from the outside! When customers come in they are surprised to see a nice salon in such a ugly shopping center. I have had customers tell me if they had not been to my business and knew what a nice salon it is, they would have NEVER came in here! Please help us get word out because I hate to say this but I feel like I pay rent to slum lords and NOT landlords. When you own a business you should always be improving and updating. I have even looked at relocating my business because of ALL the many issues. I feel like I am doing my part inside the salon but I feel I have had no control of the outside even with years of pictures Of the parking lot, the outside of the building of these complaints sent to Ingles corporate. And when you have to pick up other peoples trash in the parking lot all the time just so your customers don’t have to see that grossly mess, there’s a problem. Especially when I pay monthly for common area maintenance on the building that is a huge issue too. I have also addressed concerns on landscaping because that hasn’t been done as long as I can remember and pressure washing a building is not going to help 30 years of mold. And Ingles is Renovating the inside of Bremen and Temple stores too. This is just not fair! PLEASE help!! Sign this ASAP. Maybe my voice will be heard NOW!

I personally feel that a new ingles would benefit the sandhill shadygrove and Fairfield Plantation area more than the current location. This is still Villa Rica but located between Villa Rica and Carrollton. This is a large community that has to drive to downtown Villa Rica or to the other side of Carrollton to shop. Please consider this when making a decision.

I think it need to be fixed also I grew up in villa rica and in carrollton ga. I also would drive in the parking lot and have to bypass the potholes. I think we should all come together and remodel the place and make it a better place.
