Why does Ingles build great stores all around us and have a store that looks dirty and unkempt for Villa Rica? The owner of the shopping center should be ashamed...it’s great that Villa Rica wants to develop downtown but is there anything that can be done about surrounding area...no planning , no coordination...when you go to North Atlanta you can see how it’s done...

It needs a lot of work. I don't go there. I'd rather go to publix. This is not the only location that looks horrible. The location on fairburn rd in douglasville is awful too.

I love my small Ingles store...but the plaza does need updating terribly. No new businesses want to go there due to it not having any visual appeal.

I am an Ingle’s customer. It’s sad that surrounding towns have updated stores, while the Villa Rica store is in need of a major facelift. The staff and store product offerings are great, but a refresh would certainly increase and entice new customers.

This store location has been in need of a rehab for many, many years! Villa Rica residents shop here a lot and would love to have one like in Temple, Ga.

I drive to Ingles in Temple rather than shop at the Villa Rica store — it’s so unappetizing!! Consequently I shop more at Walmart even though Ingles has a bigger selection and better meat.
