Redbox, address your PS3 problems.
Redbox, We, the customers of Redbox, are responsible for a large amount of income generated by your company. A number of us are long-time customers. As such, it is in your interest to listen to us. Over the past month or so, there has been a significant decline in the quality of services offered by your company. This is reflected by the poor customer service, false advertising and empty promises. As a loyal customer myself, I used to enjoy stopping by the kiosks available in community area. I would browse through the various selections of movies and games. As an avid gamer, I always enjoyed browsing your PS3 selection. Surely, I thought, quality service deserves such a loyal customer. Right? Unfortunately, this brand-loyalty is quickly fading. In light of recent events, in particular, falsely advertising games on release date yet copies are not available for rent even several weeks after release. Poor customer service, with representatives hanging up the phone during inquiries. And offering reservations so we as customers make those reservations later to find out after commuting several miles to the kiosk -much to our frustration- the product is not available. We, the customers of Redbox, ask that you address these issues in a timely manner. And please return to being a good service and avoid losing your loyal customers. Sincerely yours, Redbox customer.
