I believe that building on the land in quesiton would compromise the integrity of the surrounding natural resource of the Red Rock Conservation area

This would impact the horse trails, the wild burros and all other wild life in that area and cause a dangerously increasing amount of traffic on Highway 159. Building in this "Conservation Area" should never be allowed.

Enough with this senseless and poor planning of house building. Time to limit, has anyone considered the additional water drain, lack of buffer between the city and wilderness. Just maybe the value of current homes may actually rise also. Think people. Stop Building

Since moving to the Vegas area in June, I have visited Red Rock dozens of times. I regularly take my step-children and, any time someone comes to visit from home, I always take them to see how magnificent Red Rock is (and they couldn`t be more jealous). Making this beautiful, natural place into a residential area is a sickening thought. How many natural, national treasures are we going to ruin for the highest bidders? Not only is this important for us, but also to our natural plants and animals. One of my favorite things about this area is the balance of city and nature and intruding on Red Rock would take away from the beautiful sights AWAY from the city lights this area has to offer.

This land needs to remain wild and not to allow building.

Don't let this precious area be taken away from conservation. I visit Red Rock Canyon instead of the Las Vegas strip. KEEP THIS AREA WILD!!

A native to Las Vegas and I have spent years and miles exploring Red Rock conservation area. There is all ready too much impact on the area.So many Mountain bikes making morw trails that should not be. Many more cars and hikers then years past. Development in the area would be devastating on the conservationarea.Bringing more traffic on the roads and wheeles & foot traffic to the area is unthinkable! !

I work in red rock and enjoy being able to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Red rock canyon is one of those places you can get away from it all. There are large amounts of wild life that depend on this canyon for life. Also having a community built on the ridge there would take away from the beauty of red rock and deter people from visiting.
