Every building has quick, easy access for it's tenants to dispose of their trash. However, none have easy ways to recycle. Furthermore many don't have a way to recycle at all. I believe recycling dumpsters should be in every apartment and condo building in Downtown Norfolk to encourage the residents to recycle.

The entire time living in an apartment in Virginia Beach, I was appalled at the level of negligence this city operates in regard to recycling and maintaining efficiency.
There is too many trash in out community. Please recycle in our building. Lets work together for a cleaner environment!

I have them in Philly at my apartment and love that I can recycle all items... it really doesn’t take much to put receptacles near trash pickups.
