I believe there should be recovery homes for addicts to get the help that they need. However, I do not believe that it should be near an elementary school or neighborhood with lots of children. Build out in the country with lots of open land.

My stepfather's farm house he renovated so lovingly should not and was never meant to be for commercial use. I hope all the ghosts that inhabit this lovely home drive all those away. This is just wrong on so many levels that this was even allowed.. and even worse that is near a school, a school I once attended. Shame on the township for allowing this to happen.

This is a working class neighborhood and we are all a big family that have called this place home for many years and are raising our own kids here we don’t need our children riding their bikes or fishing at the crick worried about that house is a drug house cause that’s all they will understand it will be.

Most recovery houses are good for transition of an addict, that wants to be in revovery.
There are also some recovery houses that have gone south.
These are the houses that neighborhoods should not want near them.
But!
With the way the world is today with drugs, violence, in and around children?
I ask, what was in the brains of these people. Who decided on putting a recovery house, next to a school?
Especially a grade school?
This is where we can get a hold of the innocent, and keep them educated, safe, out of harms way.
We do not need possible, temptation, violence, drugs, abuse, etc to be near our school!

There are other areas for recovery houses, not in this quite family neighborhood. Some of these addicts are criminal. Our children are at risk. I know these are people too. My son died of a drug overdose so I know. But please don't put this recovery house on Belleview drive.

Far to close to an elementary school and children. This is very poor judgement at best, and an accident waiting to happen at worst.

Please consider our elementary school. Children walk to and from school daily. Also our neighborhood park is just as close to this facility. In fact it’s smack in the middle is the school and playground. We have enough fear from the abundance of neighboring hotels and the casino.
