I had a similar incident. It took a month and an additional $100 in spending to get my account back. Please do not make another player go through the same hardship. Help our fellow player retrieve their account and continue to make GOTC a fun place to be!

The account was renamed “Foss-Pykkers” and now appears as House96080888760.
To be met with a templated response and a closed ticket, after explaining that one of your most loyal and high-spending players was essentially erased, is beyond disappointing — it’s unacceptable.
Let me be clear: we are not asking for support on someone else’s behalf. We are sounding the alarm on a breach of account security that affects the credibility and trustworthiness of your platform. This isn’t just about one player — it’s about the precedent this sets for all of us who invest in your game.
If WB cannot or will not take immediate action to restore the keep or at the very least investigate this situation seriously, then we, as a collective of paying players, will cease all spending immediately. This is an absolute outrage that this can happen in the first place. The lack of action on WB’s part just adds insult to injury. How is it even logical that an individual can prove ownership of a 2 year old account with $10 worth of purchases from 1 day? Make it make sense. We invest too much time and money for this to be handled so lightly.
