We are writing on behalf of our longtime friend and teammate, Egg/AJ, whose account on Kingdom 1639 was recently hacked, forcibly logged into, and ultimately deleted. This unfortunate incident occurred due to insufficient security measures in place to prevent such breaches.
Egg has contributed far more to the Game of Thrones community than monetary support, although that has been immense. Over the years, he has created meaningful friendships and played a crucial role in keeping the community strong and united. Anyone who knows him will vouch for his integrity, dedication, and supportiveness.
The loss of his account—while he was asleep and unable to defend it—has been devastating not only for him but for all of us who valued him as a teammate and friend. His absence will deeply affected our ability to enjoy and engage with the game as we once did.
We respectfully urge you to review his case. Egg has ample documentation to prove ownership of the account. Please take the necessary steps to restore what was unjustly taken.

Ive played with egg/aj for years...you must make this right! This guy is the reason people play this game.. and more then that of you look at this case with a little bt of sense you know without a doubt he got hacked and screwed over... there is just no other reason for what happend...
I had a similar incident. It took a month and an additional $100 in spending to get my account back. Please do not make another player go through the same hardship. Help our fellow player retrieve their account and continue to make GOTC a fun place to be!
This is an absolute outrage that this can happen in the first place. The lack of action on WB’s part just adds insult to injury. How is it even logical that an individual can prove ownership of a 2 year old account with $10 worth of purchases from 1 day? Make it make sense. We invest too much time and money for this to be handled so lightly.
Egg has spent thousands on this game and you will not restore his keep. You rob us enough everyday, don't take the one person out of the game the whole kingdom supports. He should sue you, but he's too good of a guy. Make forced log outs require 2fa and free the Egg! Most of our kingdom is boycotting any purchases until WB corrects this.
I can vouch for Egg/Aj and this needs to be made right. This could happen to anyone and we need better security to protect our gameplay
