Everyone deserves a second chance. They've served their time, make them forfeit winnings from majors or do community service of some sort.

In my humble opinion, they should be up for consideration to be reinstated. They have done their time and legitimately seem to regret their actions. I despised them for this when it happened but everyone deserves a second chance.

They should be allowed a rehabilation process or something. Anything besides giving such dedicated players a permanent ban.

With how little regulation there was at the time, and what a low stakes game the throw was made in, combined with the lack of salary I see no logical reason to not unban the IBP players. It will also increase interest and viewership from North Americans.
