they did their time, one mistake shouldnt ruin their whole careers, if they would've cheated, that would be another thing. But throwing should not result in permanent ban from all counter-strike

They've been banned for almost a year. Let the full year go through, and then do a community rehabilitation program for the players. With no penal code in place, a lifetime ban is super unreasonable. Issue a statement saying from this moment forward, anyone who is caught match-fixing will be perma-banned.
