Tuckson does not make sense. It's just wrong. This is Olivia Benson, it's 2016, she doesn't even need a man?!

I always liked the idea of a hate f**k incident between benson and tucker but after reading a story called leave no light on it completely changed my mind. tucker is an abusive a**hole and always has been and his actions now, slithering in where he doesn't belong just makes me feel like he's still being an abuse of power a**hole. this relationship is out of line for a show about sex crimes. or is it anymore?

I cannot just forget their history and accept this relationship. It is completely out of character for Olivia Benson. Please reconsider.

Im happy to see more people think this relationship is sooooo ODD and fanatical. I asked my brother to share this to his radio show facebook page. Good luck!

I completely agree, the way they barely ever addressed stabler' absense and then tried bringing up someone from olivia's past to make up for it and act as her hero is ridiculous.

no me gusta Tucker y Olivia como uno. Olivia lo ha odiado y no veo ninguna razón para que eso cambie.

Totally off base? If you were a little older or mature, you would understand people. You would understand this show isn't the Flintstones. It's television, sometimes ripped from the headlines, with characters made to draw people in, to move them, to make them relate, to feel, to be. When art imitates life, when life imitates art. Like I said, she has evolved, she cannot stay the same forever, but her patterns as a human, as a woman, can. This is why she is attracted to the same types of men. I didn't say you have to agree with it, but if you were self aware, you would understand. And the end of the day, get a life, it's bigger than television.

I dont know who that last commenter is but that's alot of text on not understanding who Olivia is. Totally off base. The writers use fan emotion for material and ratings no wonder fans get invested wholeheartedly.Tuxkson makes 0 sense there's no justifying it ever.

My two cents – First of all, people change, for better or worst. To think her character should have stayed the same after nearly 20 years, is ridiculous. She only started to change after Stabler left the show, which is the way it should be. If nothing changes, nothing changes. What I will say, Benson’s character is true to life, a strong, smart, beautiful woman who gets into relationships, romantic or not - they have been with boring, angry men lacking personality. Chemistry or not, Stabler, Amaro, Haden, Cassidy, Tucker, the other few, boring and angry men wrapped up in their career, and lifeless. Why does she like them all? Because humans rarely stray from what they know and what they are comfortable with. True to life, not just television. She has evolved, but like most, is stuck with the same type of personality she’s always been stuck with AND to top it off, people in her field – much like real life. It’s a dysfunctional rotating wheel. Is Tucker different? Nope. He’s the same as the others. The worst part of the entire situation is, again, it is true to life. Much like politics, people vote the same type of people into office, hoping for a different outcome, that never comes. People have the same types of friends, get into the same types of relationships, it’s the battered wife syndrome. You stay with what you know because of fear, nature vs nurture. If you cannot see the pattern of these boring, emotionally bankrupt men, you are correct, you are like the majority, the same. If you hate the show since Stabler left, you are dysfunctional as well. If you cannot see the patterns, you are dysfunctional. It’s clear who they market to. Message and narrative or not, viewers have allowed themselves to get too involved and mired in the show. If you value and take the show with a grain of salt, you may be high functioning and have a chance at seeing the show for what it is, versus what you feel it should be to suit your personal needs and obsessions. It’s television, it

My friend told me about this petition at Uni. She knows I'm a big Law & Order fan and wanted to know my thoughts on this. I thought it was a cop show like it didnt even cross my mind that Olivia's bf would be the main concern let alone one that makes people mad? I'm more about cops solving crimes and then getting justice against criminals. That's the Law & Order I remember. What people are describing in the comments sounds like my sisters soaps she watches. Maybe someone in charge needs to take a long hard look at this situation and remedy it that way? Seriously too much drama over a cop show. -Jake M
