This is an issue of fairness, of inclusion, of living up to our promise of what our members can be. While I love this organization, the current policy does not show us at our best.

I know in the state of Utah there aren't other masonic youth options. I think that young ladies should be able to experience such amazing sisterhood.

I am a Majority Rainbow Girl (I didn't join Job's because the communities in which I lived had Rainbow assemblies) but I support Job's Daughters International opening its membership requirements to allow any interested girls to join regardless of their Masonic heritage. As membership has dwindled, there are fewer and fewer communities that have both a Rainbow Assembly and a Job's Daughters' Bethel. We are sisters of the same Masonic Family and while we are each unique and beautiful in our own ways, we are still family and should support each other. I have relatives who live in an area of my state where there is only one Masonic Youth Group remaining - a Job's Daughters Bethel. If, some day, my cousin (the side of the family without the Masonic heritage) wanted his daughter to experience similar leadership and service opportunities that her Rainbow Girl cousins have had, I could refer him to that local Bethel, but only if the membership requirements change.
I wish you all the best in your efforts!

The amendment failed after an over whelming majority of girls wanted it passed, perhaps taking another look at it is worth while.

Considering the Job's Daughters vote is very important. It wasn't the first time that they want it. I think that you need reconsider the Amendment 10.
I'm freemason and I want to improve this amazing order in Brazil and world too.

All three of the Masonic youth groups are struggling to attract and retain members. Anything to make it less burdensome to join needs to be considered. I strongly believe in in the philosophy of evolve or perish.

Don't anyone dare let the old power hunger ladies perpetuate the bureacracy that is killing our order.

Please allow this organization to grow & thrive once again. It's too important to so many young women that grow up into beautiful women of service to others.

Give the membership the choice to make positive changes to their order, benefiting from larger membership and livelihood of their order.
Listen to the girls.
