When the GIRLS discuss and vote for what they want for THEIR organization, the voting adults need to support them. Or change the name to Job's Adults, because the girls have no voice.

Não acho justo limitar uma ordem tão bonita a um grupo tão restrito, existem muitas meninas sem parentesco que são dignas de serem chamadas de "as mais justas " nossa ordem precisa de força, amor, união...

The Daughters need to feel that they have a say in the organization. Job's Daughters will fail if a drastic change is not made very soon. This is evident by a simple look at the membership numbers.
