I am a PHQ, MM, PBG, PJG, BGT.
I am also CAV certified.
I have experienced telling girls who were really excited to join that they could not because they did not have proper masonic relationship. Had to explain to Masons that they were not able to sponsor a girl without masonic relationship. I feel a girl learns more about Masonic Heritage from living Masons who are proud to be a mason, proud enough to sponsor a girl and get involved.

3rd generation PHQ. Current member Bethel 107 Brownsburg IN. Age 15. We need this change. I don't want to see JDI falter. We need to grow, not hinder ourselves.

I support the amendment. JDI is a beneficial organization and more young ladies should be able to benefit from it. More and more Bethels are closing their doors every year. The organization needs every ounce of help it can get to thrive for future generations. Opening the doors for sponsorship may not be the only solution, but it's a start in the right direction.
