I think that this vote does need a do over because as an organization, we are losing so many possible members due to issues in finding masonic heritage. I think that now in 2015 is a time for change and that this vote should be in favor of what the Daughters want and need to keep a successful organization. Respectfully submitted

These negative adults need to trust and believe these Daughters know what is best.

This will help utah in a major way and I'm sure other jurisdictions well. Job's daughter's is not as big as we used to be and that's a huge problem. This needs to pass now or job's daughter's will not survive the next few years.

Ok you can laugh - Or be mad. I'm tired of the heritage issue. It's not about numbers. We are not more worthy because we are related to a Mason - we become more worthy by adhering to those values and following the path to enlightenment that the Masonic order placed before us. Men do not need to be related to another Mason in order to join - just as DeMolay do not. They are accepted on their own merit. Why should a woman or girl be admitted or denied opportunity just because she is or is not related to man who belongs to an exclusive group - I for one am all for allowing them to stand in their own merit and prove their own worth. It's time. Equal opportunity for all.

I feel this is so important because I don't know my mason. This may have given me a better experience having someone vested in my time and wanting me to succeed.

This amendment needs to pass if we are to see our beloved order survive. I am a PHQ & MM, I am also the Bethel Guardian for my Bethel. I want to see our order grow and flourish!

As a MM, sister of 2 PHQs, mother to 1 PHQ and grandmother to a PHQ and current California Grand Bethel Officer I am adding my voice to have this amendment reconsidered. Our beloved organization is fading out and dying for lack of members. We need a way to grow and this amendment will do that. Not only will this grow Jobs Daughters but also expose families to the Masonic family in general and the possibility of growth there as well.

It is such a beautiful organization, let's share it with all young ladies with or without Masonic affiliation.

What's in our blood that makes us so special? Does it change when we become a Mason? I think getting to know what we represent is much more valuable.

This is suppose to be an organization about the girls. Not the adults.

As a PHQ, MM and mother of a Jobie starting line, many of whose friends would like to join but don't have the traditional relationships, we need this!

I loved Job's Daughters. It changed my life. All girls would benefit from the fraternity, sisterhood, procedure, and values. What better way could there be than to encourage a lifestyle filled with the most important Masonic values?

From a PHQ, MM, and former Miss Nevada from Bethel #2 Reno, NV. Our organization has always been prideful, however, on of the things that gave me the most pride was the facts it was run by the Daughters, I would say that a 188-45 vote by those at the Supreme Session is the Daughters saying yes to this ammendment. Let's stay true to our Order.
