Hello everyone. It has come to the attention of many Kugyay members that the Outskirts is generally ignored. We haven't any active admins, the banners haven't been changed in great lengths of time, and only recently were the events from The Hunt taken down. Too often are rules broken here, and the Outskirts is always overlooked. We do not even have a page for our cats, and we're often more active than the Tribe, even.
