Robert Vincent has done so much for the community. His small business has never left the Blacktown area for decades

Robert has lived in Blacktown all his life worked trained apprentices and been a pillar of the community

My family used to say, it’s time you popped up to ‘Bob the barber’ for a haircut. For all the years we knew Bob he was never, at anytime, anything but cheerful and hardworking.

The council should give Mr Vincent the keys of the City. For over 70 years he has been cutting the hair of the Blacktown community, is a life member of Apex due to all the years of voluntary service to the Blacktown community then went on to volunteer in Rotary not to mention the apprenticeships he has successfully trained. Mr Vincent has done more fore this community than most councilor's but they get recognized. but a hard working family man get no recognition. Time the council recognize a citizen who has given so much to the Blacktown community. Get behind this position and demand the council to step up and recognize Mr Vincent.

Bob has worked and served Blacktown for over 70 years employing hundreds of people and training young men and women to become hairdressers in Blacktown also his volunteer work for 60 years
