Laurentian students deserve a full-fledged university graduation. The UPC has no legitimacy in providing this as they are not a degree granting institution. As every student pays into a graduation fund, we have the right to demand the graduation we deserve. This petition will ensure that Laurentian professors, not UPC admins, will grant degrees to their students.
