We, the citizens of the city of Penticton, are requesting that the Premier of British Columbia and her legislature order a recall of all Penticton City Council and set a new date for a new civic election to be conducted by the province on behalf of the citizens of Penticton. The major reason for this request is due to the lack of adequate public consultation of the present Mayor and Council to the needs of the majority of the citizens of Penticton.

Western News Oct. 23/15 - City notice - Zoning Amendment Bylaw 2015-53 ---- to include casinos as a use permitted in a Zone that permits the use "Indoor amusements, entertainment and recreation" which is permitted by Zoning C3, C4, C5, C7, C9, CT1, CT2, CT3, CD1, - P1, P2 (PARKS) -like Skaha Park - now leased for 30 years !!! Welcome to Penticton and it casino to be in Skaha Park. Gord Lindsay 250-487-1387 P1 is public assembly
