It would really help if the company at least addressed the problem

considering LE’s brand focus is on hypoallergenic, client safe products and the advocate constantly for having the correct lamp capable of curing products completely, it blows my mind that they would allow something like this to go on without their acknowledgement. really demonstrates that at the end of it all it’s not so much about protecting users and customers is it?

Light Elegance needs to be held accountable and do the right thing by recalling their problematic products for the safety of all their customers.

My light failed just shy of the years guarantee, by the time the issues became apparent to was out of warranty, the lamp was not even used part time, just once a week. Extremely disappointing given the price point.

I love light Elegance, I currently own three gen 3 lamps and just purchased two gen4 to replace them. I would appreciate receiving a reveal if it comes to fruition. That being said I still believe Light Elegance is the best nail product company available today! USA

My MiniDOT has never cured my P+ fully, even double curing. The "inhibition layer" was actually like 60% of the coat of gel polish. I thought it was a me issue until I bought a full sized Kokoist lamp and the difference is staggering. Even jimmygel cures cloudy with the MiniDOT, which has been advertised as having the curing power of a full sized lamp.

LE cannot continue claiming to be the epitome of safety in gel products and then not even have their lamp cure their own products fully. Gel allergies are a serious problem that is only getting worse as more people buy cheap products online. People buy from LE believing they will be safer and it turns out that that is not the case, because they won’t even cure fully.

Recall to rebuild customer confidence! The potential to develop an allergy is very serious.

They have been using "safety" as a marketing tactic to sway consumers to stick to one brand (their brand with a new safer hema free formula that can only be cured by their lamps, interesting) while simultaneously putting their clients in danger by refusing to recall an unsafe product. I knew there was something in the buttermilk, Liz from nail hub needs to be held accountable for her tactics and greed as well.

The LE gel polish and the lamp don't seem to work together because my nails don't even last 2 days. My natural nails are ruined because I've had to frequently attempt to fix my manicures. The whole reason I wanted gel was to keep my natural nails alone. I was really excited about LE specifically for it being family owned, based in America and a healthier alternative to cheap gels. I'm so sad

I purchased this lamp on the strength of LE’s reputation and I am very disappointed to find it doesn’t cure most of gels all the way through. I tested 12 colors and only the lightest 4 cured properly.

The worth of a company is not in avoiding all mistakes, but in how these mistakes are handled and made right. Disappointing to see a reputable company demolish its reputation like this

disappointed in this company's handling of this issue. is this why they decided to sell to unlicensed? so they could gaslight untrained people into thinking it was wrong technique instead of poor products?

It's not worth the risk of health issues. The product either works or doesn't.

This is a serious issue and needs to be rectified by the company!
