LE markets itself as being science based and focusing on reducing risks related to related to allergies. Their products also are not cheap.
We demand better from one of the leading "ethical" brands out there.

This is really disappointing. I hope this is addressed so I don’t have to switch to another brand. I can’t continue to support a brand if I know they disregard their users safety in such a way.

Disappointed to learn that this company allows such a lamp to be sold knowing the issues it's been having. Especially since they've been put on a pedestal for having some of the safest products on the market for minimizing risks and allergies. I'm saddened and hope a change happens soon.

I chose to use LE products because I thought they were safe and well-tested. This is disappointing to say the least.

It is wildly irresponsible to not only sell a UV lamp with potential to cause direct and permanent harm to users, but attempt to continue to market that lamp as a "safer" alternative when leadership is aware of widespread quality defects from the company's own testing.

I value Jim’s contributions to wider knowledge and hope that Light Elegance stands by its products and ethics. This is a real safety issue and for a brand that stakes its name on safety this is a really concerning development. It would be a shame if LE doesn’t make a voluntary recall based on the concerns noted here.
