My son is being physically and emotionally abused, and Judge Unger is keeping my child away from where he wants to be, with me. My son is 13 and none of what I say or he says matters. Not only did she take him from me, but she is keeping him from me.

I do not live in Solano County - but I do see Judge Unger's affect on my friends who do. To be completely biased on decisions is not what the law is about. The Law is supposed to be about hearing both sides and rendering an unbiased and FAIR decision when mediation fails. I know the law is blind - but it shouldnt be deaf and dumb as well.

This judge needs to be removed from this position of power! Her "final word" decision has left my daughters crying every week when we have to be seperated!

It is so sad that a judge can behave in this kind of matter. There are real Civil Right's violations going on and Judicial Misconduct violations, but there in NO ACCOUNTABILITY for this type of abuse. A judge can even determine whether they will be off a case or not. What kind of system is Solano County running? Judge Unger's friends and Crony friends in high power run the departments. So if you have a complaint, or have a valid reason for not wanting to go before her, you will be ignored. It's time for accountability. A Recall Petition will require 24,000 solid signatures, and it's doable. It will take a certain amount every day, but it is possible. If the Solano Court system will not at least discourage this type of judicial behavior, the Citizens will.
ive been in judge unger court rooms numerous of time and now im a emotional wreck,depressed all the time went to get sole custody of my two boys she award the father primary custody of all three of my boys. i had a stable home was on section8 th r father in quesion resided with me also no.s unger os a woman basher.she needs to be benched.

Typical response coming from a man. You must be related to this Judge. I had this judge and although I did not have the same experiance as these woman, there is definitely something bias with this judge. These woman were fighting for their children. I know one og these woman personally and I can assure you she was not treated fairly. Until you become a mother and walk in their shoes keep your opinion to your self Shame on you.

Judge Unger's lawyer fan base took time to write on here, even though this person reaped monetary gain. You should let judge Unger know, that her bias, and courtroom behavior has caught the attention of the people, and most importantly, the higher ups. I am aware of your conduct as well. You are partial due to the large sum of money you have obtained due to her bias rulings....

JUDGE UNGER ABUSE ALERT!
Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger showed clear and pervasive prejudice when a mother, E.L., brought an emergency Ex Parte motion to enforce her existing court order. The father kidnapped their 9 year old child, and mother was frantic, seeking Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger’s help to enforce the current custody order.
The father had a history of domestic violence, assault, and child abuse. E.L. and the child had to stay at a domestic violence shelter to escape his violent tirades. Previously, the mother had a protective restraining order to keep the father, away from her, and the child.
Judge Unger did not read mother’s declaration detailing the abuse and kidnapping. She did not even listen to mother’s petition to the court to keep the child safe. Without any evidence against E.L., she radically took the child away from the mother, and gave the child to the violent father, who was in contempt of their existing court order.
Mother had confirmed police reports against the father, and a Police Officer willing to be a expert witness in her case. Judge Unger removed the 9 yr. old son from his mother’s care at that hearing that she brought, with no evidence against her.
