Remove radical judge Cynda Riggins-Unger

Is this the place where emotionally abusive mothers try to work through their issues? Why don't you start with bring an end to exposing your children to conflict about the other parent. I have seen Judge Unger many times in court. She is the fairest Judge I have seen in family Court. She was voted Family Law Judge of the year for the entire State of California. I think you folks need counseling. What has your therapist told you?

Very well said Joyce ...thank you! The purpose for the petitions is to show people involved that they can have hope, and that we can make a difference. The petitions will be taken seriously when there are enough signatures. When there are thousands of signatures on the electronic petition, and 25, 000 signatures of Solano County registered Voters to put the Recall on the ballot, then the Judicial Office will be forced to take action. We are requesting she be recalled and removed from her position based on the evidence. We are asking for the Law to be enforced, and this intemperate judge to be removed as the presiding judge involving Family Law matters. She lacks the sensitivity, patience, and mental aptitude to be ruling on cases involving children. This also applies to women going through domestic violence, dissolution, and custody cases. When a judge cannot keep her own emotions under control in her courtroom and displays inappropriate behavior, it should be viewed as a sign that she is incapable of making decisions based on unbiased and objective opinions. Child custody hearings are especially sensitive in nature as typically, both parents deeply love their child and want to spend as much time as possible with their child. It is often difficult for the parents to keep their emotions under control. Appearing before an insensitive judge who seems to enjoy scolding and ridiculing one of the litigants is harmful not only to the people present but it can also be harmful to the child. A judge is supposed to be concerned with the health and welfare of the child. When a good parent is emotionally upset due to biased decision making of a judge, it is guaranteed to negatively impact the child. When a judge is politically or otherwise connected in any way to one of the parents, the judge has a duty to remove herself from a case, and especially a child custody case. Finally, if a judge can't control her behavior and display the greatest of integrity in family law court, she needs to be removed from her assignment.

JUDGE UNGER DEFENDS A CONVICTED CRIMINAL! Judge Unger defended a convicted criminal. The mother, A.N., went before Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger in August 2013. Her ex brutally abused her and kidnapped her at knife point. Mother and her child were tortured by this man. Her ex also had a history of child abuse, battery, felonies, and assault on police officers. He had been out of the child’s life for years due to a protective order to stay away. Judge Unger assumes the case, and aligns herself with the father. Judge Unger degrades A.N., and constantly interrupts her during the hearing. Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger humiliates her in front of her abuser. Leaders of the Mother’s large church were present, and couldn’t believe Judge Cynda Unger would yell, belittle, and act that way towards any human being. Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger even makes comments on she would love to vacation in the country father was from. When mother brought up the fact over the abuse on the child, Judge Cynda Unger commented ” I want conviction” and “that is old news.” After only 3 supervised visits since making contact with the child, the father receives 50/50 custody of the child he abused. During the 8 months mother was forced to drop off child, father was abusing the child. Father neglected child’s medical needs to the point child had to go to E.R when returned home with mother. Father refused to allow medicine for the child. Child was verbally and emotionally abused. Mother hires Jon Unger, Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger’s husband, to recuse out of her court. Judge Unger recused off the case. Under a different judge, father lost rights due to child abuse and endangerment. A.N. received full custody back. The child had to go through 8 months of torture due to Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger’s clear and pervasive bias against women. After the child was back with the mother, father beat up his current spouse, and threatened her life. Mother and child are now safe after a year of terror

JUDGE CYNDA RIGGINS-UNGER SHOWED PARTIALITY AND EMPATHIZED WITH A VIOLENT CRIMINAL. Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger showed partiality and empathized with a violent criminal. The mother, L.I., brought family court motions to keep their baby safe. Their child was under 1 years of age when father had been arrested multiple times for criminal activities. Father had a history of violent domestic violence against mother. Mother had protective restraining orders until Judge Unger assumed the case. At that time, Judge Unger gave shared custody to the father, who had a violent background, drug conviction, and child endangerment charge. After 3 attempts to protect their young child, Judge Unger threatened mother. She scolded, humiliated, and refused to read her filed Declarations concerning the welfare of their young child. It wasn’t until father was under the influence of crack, drove away with the child in the car, to evade police, and was sent to jail, mother was able to suspend visitation. Judge Unger even offered for the dad to have supervised visits. The child could have been killed due to Judge Cynda Riggins-Unger’s clear and pervasive bias against the mother in her court.

It has been a long four year battle of custody with my daughter. Her father and I have been back-and-forth in the court room with numerous restraining orders. He has slashed my tires not once but twice all four tires that's expensive he's thrown water bottles at my head he's tried to kick my front door down he's threatened to blow my head off and judge Unger still thinks he's a fit parent he doesn't even have his own transportation to get his daughter to and from anywhere does not have a bed for her but granted him overnights on the weekends and my daughter slept on the floor. We went on to a full-blown trial I had three witnesses that seen my daughters dad slash my tires on my car and she said that was still not enough evidence when she told me all I needed was proof and I got the proof and she wanted more proof. My daughter's father is a drug addict he is never sober and she granted him overnights. She would barely let me speak in the court room the second he gave her waterworks it was why are you such a bad mother why won't you let him see his daughter it's critical that the father is in the daughters life she needs her father stop being selfish this is not about you basically dogging me about my parenting and that I'm not thinking about my daughter when I'm the only one who takes care of my daughter she lives with me I pay for her shelter I pay for her food I pay for her daycare it's me I do everything for her he has never done anything in the five years that she has been alive. The second I tell my daughter she has to go to her dads house she cries and cries the whole way there she tells me she wishes her dad would move away so she would never have to see him again this is coming from my five-year-old I don't speak about her father in front of her these are her own feelings. The fact the Women, Men, and families came together to start the Recall Petition is respectable, even if you do not agree, it is a honorable action. There are people who say, and people who do. The fact the Families used their Constitutional Right to against voice their concerns on judge Unger's injustice is wonderful! They sent a message to the Solano County brotherhood! After all, it is We the People who they serve. People in high positions sometimes forget it is a public service. This Recall reminded the County establishment of this fact. There will always be people who speak negative, and try to drag good citizens down. Almost a hundred years ago, Women stood up for the Right to Vote, there were negative people, who were against change. When the Civil Right's movement began, there were negative people who tried to obstruct and derail it. There will always be people who try to interfere or name call. This is nothing new. This person goes to show us, that what we are doing is right. The act of a Recall Petition is rare, and at least the Litigant's and their families exercised their Constitutional Rights in a way, very few ever do! There has been positive changes since the filing of the Recall. That is respectable, and honorable! The purpose behind it was fulfilled, so you don't have to agree, but you don't have to be disrespectful about it either.

You are a Lawyer for the Court, don't you have more important things to do, then write false comments on a petition site. You benefited, and became very wealthy over judge Unger's bias against a Mother. You represented the father in the case. No doubt, you are in the same brotherhood club as all the judge's and some local lawyer's are. At least there are over 7 honest and respectable lawyer's who warned Women about judge Unger's volatile courtroom behavior and prejudice. I am aware of your cases, and how judge Unger padded your pocket over showing partiality to you, and your client.
