Recall Associate Judge Graciela Olvera

I'm signing this for ALL mothers whose lives have been altered and destroyed by this judge and others like her. Let's all Unite!

My kids too were taken baby her and the people she appointed. I had false drug test planted on me and nothing was done! What do we do since our court systems are forever failing us?!

This is an injustice to our children in keeping them safe. What is it gonna take? A child to loose their life?? Protect the children!!

This is my daughters judge and she is the worst judge I've seen!!! Lord God Help US All!!!!

I am outraged and heartbroken for what has occured. My wife and I lost our children Because of this judge. She turned them over to their abusive father who, not only abuses them, but doesn't even want them, he only wants their money!!!! He has never showed concern for our children, and YES I call them mine because I Love Them as my Own. I am angry and hurt because of the ruling this judge laid out!!!!! It was completely unjust and unfair!!!!! We have so much FACTUAL evidence against the father, and the Judge caught him in several lies, and STILL gave him custody because of his race. THIS IS TOTALLY DISCRIMINATION!!!!!! Read On, we are not the first, and will not be the last unless this Judge is removed from her Bench!!!!!! I could go on and on about this, but I would be writing a book. The father in no way, shape, or form should have any rights whatsoever to our children. OUR HEARTS are broken, and has been a very devastating time in our life.

Judge Olvera did the same to me. She took my children away from a very loving home and placed them with a violent and abusive father based on lies that she herself caught him in. Despite all evidence, and pictures and police reports of abuse of my children, Judge Olvera place my children with the abusive father. She did all this because of my race. She should be removed from her seat ASAP!!!! She DID NOT allow me to state all my facts, and only gave me an hour and 15mins to present my case and refused to look at the evidence that was presented to her. I am outraged and devistated!!!!! In such Sickening Misjustice!!!!!

She is corrupt and in bed with the AG's office with IV-D.

Judge Olvera granted a temporary restraining order that my ex requested, that removed my daughter from my possession. Then I received paperwork from my ex's attorney saying there was a court date on January 5th to defend myself, knowing I had no representation. They instead held a court hearing on January 4th, without notifying me, and the judge granted them what they asked for, which was me having "Supervised Visitation with a professional at my sole cost." All based off of lies my ex told Judge Olvera. I was going to hire an attorney and go before her and explain my side, but after doing research on Judge Olvera, I am now scared and hesistant.

Judge Olvera needs to be removed. She helps criminal get away with their activity & does not hold them accountable. Instead she instructs them to plead the 5th

Olvera has no business making judgements on any living thing. Olvera judges cases based on her emotionial state at that time and how whatever she ate for breakfast settled in her gut.

This woman is clearly incompetent. She delays and extends divorce proceedings for over a year. Her actions cause families much heartache having to continue showing up over and over again, having to re-live the stress of the divorce only for her to impose a biased view and judge the petitioner beyond her powers. Justice is supposed to be blind but this woman clearly judges the "people" involved instead of the situation. She should be removed from the bench and reported to the judicial review board. She should also have her attorney license revoked since she obtained it with clear prejudice. I hope she gets the mental health she so desperately needs. Enough is Enough. End of Discussion.

Judge Olvera mind is gone. Maybe she is overworked. Her rulings show she is stressed out and trying to hold it together. She really needs help. If she doesn't seek help immediately she may begin to have suicidal thoughts. If she commits suicide then their will be many parents who can sue the courts for having an incompetent judge on the bench. She needs to be removed.

Judge Olvera engaged in ex-parte communication with my ex's attorney when my ex's attorney was caught asking her for legal advice and Judge Olvera told her what to file. I have currently reporting her the State Commission of Judicial Conduct. She has also withheld temporary order rulings from me so that I would not appeal her decision. This judge is corrupt and should have been off the bench along time ago. My best friend went in front of her when she was in the 256th District Court and she told him if he even thinks about appealing her ruling, she would see to it that he never see's his kids. He reported her to the court coordinator Kathy Sanchez who saw to it that he never stepped foot in Olvera's court again as he as he didn't report her. Makes me wonder if Judge David Lopez was ready to boot her out as David Lopez has pretty much been just and followed the law. Olvera commits to many violations to hold a bench.

Worst judge in Texas. Whoever elected this idiot should never be allowed to vote again. What a waste of taxpayer money
