Judge Olvera is no longer a judge and I am grateful for that, she is now an attorney which is funny to me, we voted you out and you didn't want to stay away. I do not recommend her, I want to look into a way to sue her for the wrong she has caused my family with her ruling.

Honestly, I had given up on this life long damage with PTSD and a multitude of additional life altering legal attacks against the true Good Parent(s). Mine is 22 now. Child support owed to me was ABATED (non-existent) and stuck me with child support. I have nit germ gainfully employed since 2009; the abuse beat me down. I fell deathly sick hospitalized for 11 days 3 of which were ICU. Scared. Hiding.

Same situation with me, in 2010. For some reason Dallas County Family courts get to do this on a daily basis; no one’s watching. They threw me in jail for not paying $2k for court appointed 66 year old heavy set white man to my mothers house and took my children into separate bedrooms and closed the doors. He also brought his wife; who’s not employed by the county. And…so much more. I fought for 5 years to get my child daughter back; she’s 22 and we work each day to be the best we can be. Courts are detrimental to our families; work something out with the other parent NOW! Insure Pay Give Do Help!!! No need for courts. Bad choice. They hurt; they don’t help. Love does not hurt. God is good all the time.

She Judge David Lopez ABATED my abusers debt to me and gave him full custody of our child; along with James Fordham (scary man) John Beaudry (child support) and seven (7) attorneys later. Nothing! I owe $20k in child support and I have been seen disabled.

I am having issues with my daughter. Judge Oliveria gave me standard visitation and awarded her father primary custody. I am working on appealing I am her mother and this is heartbreaking.

Let this be known her step grandfather took naked pictures of her grandmothers daughter. The family did not contact the police to this same day all her children stay at the same house where my daughter goes every weekend and he’s a child predator if anything happens to my daughter I told her nobody listens until it happens then it’s to late.

Judge Olvera took my daughter out my house hold had full custody with paperwork the mom signed. Now the mom 7 years later wanted custody and without any proven facts just he said she said she was removed from my household with restraining orders against me talking to my child I have not seen in a year. This system is so messed up single dad 7 years by his self for this she’s dead wrong my child In danger with her mother.

Judge Garcia and Olvera and their counselor Dennis Doke broke my heart and soul when they allowed my abusive ex custody of my son. I had pictures and texts and witnessed they still gave him to my ex. Now I live in Hell with a disgruntled ex who feels he can do anything. My son cries to me daily asking me to take him home. It's a pain I see in his eyes and I feel it in my soul.
